With over 20 years of hands-on experience working on Japanese and European vehicles, Bilal holds a Certificate IV in Automotive Technology and is a Certified Hybrid Specialist Technician. Having started his career as an apprentice and quickly rising to manage a team of 25 at Toyota and BMW, he brings deep technical expertise and leadership to every job. Fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, Bilal ensures every customer feels heard and valued.
